1. Free Plan

MealMutt's free tier is completely free. No payment is required and no refund policy applies.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel MealMutt Pro at any time — no questions asked:

Email us at hello@mealmutt.com with subject line "Cancel Subscription"
We'll send you a Stripe billing portal link to manage or cancel your subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You keep Pro access until the period ends — you are not cut off immediately

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window:

Email hello@mealmutt.com with subject: "Refund Request"
Include the email address used to subscribe and the date of payment
We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe

5. Affiliate Purchases

MealMutt is not responsible for purchases made through Amazon, Chewy, or any other third-party affiliate links. Refunds for those purchases must be requested directly from the retailer.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
